Rs.2400/- for family of three or four members, which includes husband, wife, and children's above 3 years below 25 years of age for one-year up to two-lakh rupees coverage. For the extra dependents aged above 25 years Rs. 250/- is charged for one year. Registration fee extra.

In the event of a fatal accident (death) of any one family member, the nominee shall receive a compensation of one lakh additional to the medical expenses and incase of death of more than one family member the nominee shall receive a compensation up to a maximum of two lakhs.
